Meatliquor has been open for a couple weeks or so now, tempting the masses with Meateasy burgers, super duper cocktails (one, Full English Martini, with bacon and egg!), and a loud and dark and neon-y place to party. It is AMAZING.
I haven't had a better burger in London. I get a bacon cheeseburger, my friend some sort of two patty monster burger, and because we are pigs we also order buffalo chicken wings with blue cheese sauce, coleslaw, and chilli cheese fries. All incredible. But the burgers... meaty, sloppy, in a sweet American-diner-bun, pickles, dripping cheese, grease all over your chin; hamburger perfection.
I will be back, as soon as my body has recovered from the calorie and booze shock. See you there!
Everything I hear makes me want to go there but I am honestly scared of my potential for gluttony.

This might seem like a wierd question (since restaurant us called Meatliquor), but did u see anything fish/chicken/veg on the menu at all?
ReplyDeleteOh you went already, nice! I might have to go on a crash diet before though, I don't think my pre-Christmas challenged figure can deal with this amount of delicious calories right now. Or maybe it can....?
ReplyDeleteWell done as these are by far the best photos I have seen of Meat Liquor and the only ones where the food actually looks appetizing (I am sure it tastes better than it looks, well I hope so anyway!)
